Ian Berry had a nice segment on Dutch TV program RTL Boulevard where they talked about his work and him showing during the Denim Days festival on this week.
This is from 2014, but we have only just got the clips. This was a great piece of Ian in Amsterdam where they also showed how his presence is also reinforcing the fact that Amsterdam is Europe's Denim capital. You will also see the Dep Mayor and Head of Culture talk about Ian being there and Amsterdam as the centre for Denim
It is great to have it now just before Ian returns to Amsterdam for Denim Days this coming friday and Saturday.

All through his career Lewis Hamilton has spoken fondly and passionately about Ayrton Senna, and has always been linked with the Brazilian. Lewis grew up wanting to emulate Ayrton when he was watching him as a young boy and this year his childhood dream came true by matching his thrice World Champion title. As someone who has kept Ayrton constantly talked about and keeping his name alive the Senna family wanted to give Lewis a personal gift to mark his achievement.
'Having seen how Lewis talks about Ayrton it is a great honour for me to know that to mark his achievement the family chose to present him with a piece of my work. It is a beautiful story, every time I see Lewis talk he talks about Ayrton, and especially this year. He has spent his life wanting to emulate him and now he has. To get that 'you made it, well done' from Ayrton's sister Viviane and family to represent his hero was a special moment and it is great that this symbolic moment of the realisation of the dream they chose the work I made. And to get Lewis's reaction was even more special.'
Lewis was presented Number 3 of 11 special Edition to the same scale as the original piece, specially printed onto denim with stitched edges, a leather patch personalised for him as well as personal messages lasered into the denim.
Over the last few days there has been a production company filming a little video about Ian that will come out next March. All will be revealed in good time. However here you may recognise the window from one of Ian's latest pieces.
